Lawsuit by retired judges against govt, PM over pension case management on Feb 14

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set Feb 14 for case management of a lawsuit filed by a group of 35 individuals, comprising former members of the judiciary and seven widows of former judges, against the Malaysian Government and three others over failure to fix appropriate increase in the pension and benefits they received since 2015.
