Ireland vs Wales: Ex-Test ref calls on Irish to wear white in Six Nations 'colour blind clash'

Dave Pearson, who is colour blind and took charge of 29 Tests and officiated as a touch judge, insists it is time to put tradition aside and for countries to wear kits everyone can recognise.
