Anne Hegerty shut down by ITV bosses as quizzer seeks to use whip on The Chase

ANNE HEGERTY has reportedly liked the idea of carrying a whip and wearing fishnet stockings with high heels on The Chase, but ITV bosses apparently weren't too keen on the idea.
