Just found out one of the dads from my sons class took his own life today. Nice lad, he's in the Army and I'm RAF so there was always a bit of banter when we saw each other.
He's been suffering for a while, 2 boys 17 and 5, wife 30 weeks pregnant. So sad and such a bloody waste, if you're suffering, please speak to someone. If you think someone you know is suffering, check. Then check again. Love to everyone x
