Pentagon board recommends transfer of mentally ill Guantánamo Bay detainee

A mentally ill detainee held at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, should be transferred to a rehabilitation facility in Saudi Arabia after two decades of imprisonment, a Pentagon board announced Friday.
