Losing 'top' team is good news for Boris Johnson, says JAMES WHALE

SO, A FEW members of Boris Johnson's "top" team decided to quit and the mainstream media all go on about how difficult it must be for the PM and how terrible that his staff didn't support him any more. Well if those were members of the same team which allowed the bad management of Number 10 to happen then they are no great loss.
