Bluesince62Absolutely - let's face it wages must be a major factor as well and I don't think we are particularly big payers now - which is a good thing tbh.
We have to hope we can do something, wages or otherwise, at some point in the not too distant future to be able to attract decent players though otherwise we will never improve.
It might be we have to try harder to pick up lower league unpolished gems - if we ain't got the money, we can't spend it.
