No. 21 USC men’s basketball reschedules home game against No. 4 Arizona
No. 21 USC men’s basketball will play No. 4 Arizona on March 1 at the Galen Center, it was announced on Monday. The game is a rescheduling of the January contest between the two schools that was postponed due to USC’s COVID-19 outbreak.
The game between the Trojans and Wildcats will air on one of the ESPN networks and will start between 6 and 8 p.m. PT.
The rescheduled contest sets up a big final week of the season for USC (19-4, 9-4 in Pac-12). The Trojans, currently 1.5 games behind first-place Arizona (19-2, 9-1) in the conference standings, will follow up playing the Wildcats with the regular-season finale against second-place UCLA (16-4, 8-3).
Arizona currently holds the tiebreaker over USC after beating the Trojans 72-63 in Tuscon on Saturday.
