Iran is refusing to participate in negotiations with Canada, Germany, Ukraine and the U.K. to compensate the families of the downed Ukrainian passenger jet in Iran in 2020. The four countries have complained to the UN secretary general about Iran's refusal to participate in the negotiations for compensations.
