In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, players who get a Landorus with the right nature will have a powerful Pokémon in their party. Landorus is one of the Legendary Pokémon that is part of the trio that includes itself, Tornadus, and Thundurus, and Landorus is also the strongest of the three. Like all Legendary Pokémon, capturing a Landorus with the right nature can be a challenge, but it's well worth finding and capturing a Landorus with a nature that enhances its strengths.
Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus in Pokémon Legends: Arceus can all be found and captured under the same side questline called "Incarnate Forces of Hisui" once players beat the game. This includes finishing up the "Seeking the Remaining Plates," where players are tasked with acquiring the remaining Arceus plates found in the Hisui region. Additionally, players will have to fight against Volo and complete the encounter with Giratina. Once players are tasked with capturing the Legendary Kami trio, Landorus can be found on Ramanas Island in the Obsidian Fieldlands.
While Landorus' strongest stat is its Attack, it also has exceptionally high Special Attack and Speed stats, all of which set this Pokémon up for phenomenal Strong and Agile style combat in Legends: Arceus. Although Pokémon Legends: Arceus severely limits which attacks Landorus has access to, and which types of attacks it can use, Landorus can still be equipped with powerful moves. Ultimately, the moves that players choose to teach Landorus should reflect the nature of the Pokémon, and there are a few different options for its ideal nature.
For players that are looking to capitalize on Landorus' Attack stat at its best, they should make sure that Landorus has an Adamant nature. An Adamant nature will further increase Landorus' Attack stat in Pokémon Legends: Arceus while lowering its Special Attack, which means players should teach Landorus physically powerful moves only. A Modest nature, the same nature best suited for Hisuian Zoroark in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, will provide the opposite benefits for Landorus, raising its Special Attack while lowering its physical Attack stat. Likewise, the best moves suited for a Modest nature Landorus are all Special Attacks, like Earth Power and Psychic.
The best nature for Landorus in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, however, is a Jolly nature. A Jolly nature Landorus will still have its Special Attack stat lowered and its Speed stat increased. Since Landorus already has a phenomenal Attack stat, the best thing players can do is make sure the Speed stat is increased in Pokémon Legends: Arceus so that Landorus can attack first.
