MADISON — Last Thursday, a Wisconsin State Senate Committee heard testimony on bipartisan legislation authored by Rep. Jill Billings (D-La Crosse) and Sen. John Jagler (R- Watertown) to make outdoor recreation more accessible for all Wisconsinites, regardless of disability status.
