Iconic Hollywood sign changing to ‘Ram’s House’ in tribute to Los Angeles 2022 Super Bowl winners

THE iconic Hollywood sign is getting a temporary make-over to celebrate the Rams’ Super Bowl victory in their hometown of Los Angeles.

City officials are currently working to change “Hollywood” to “Rams House,” after mayor Eric Garcetti made the announcement following the Rams’ win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.

“This town has the best teams and fans in the world,” Garcetti said after the game.

“And we can’t wait to show off our L.A. pride with a display that only Hollywood could deliver.”

Workers have been on the scene since Monday morning, and the project is expected to be done by the end of the day, according to officials.

It’s unclear how much the project will cost but the team is reportedly picking up the bill, according to the LA Times.

The letters honoring the Rams will remain until Wednesday.

The city of Los Angeles, the Rams, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Hollywood Sign Trust have partnered for the installation.

The temporary words, “Rams House,” are a tribute to the team’s battle cry: “Whose House?!? Rams House!”

The Rams moved to Los Angeles from St Louis, Missouri, in 2016.

The city will also honor the team with a parade on Wednesday.

Matthew Stafford led a dramatic late game-winning drive to seal Super Bowl glory for the Los Angeles Rams on home soil on Sunday night.

The quarterback took his side down the field before finding Cooper Kupp for a decisive touchdown in a 23-20 win at SoFi Stadium.
