Hijab row: Entire college suffering because of six girls, Udupi student writes to principal & local MLA

A student from the Government PU College for Girls in Udupi has submitted a memorandum to the principal Rudre Gowda and MLA K Raghupathi Bhat, requesting them to resume regular classes. The petition is signed by three other students.
