INVITs gaining traction in India amid favourable regulations, improved investor protections, says Moody’s

INVITs have been around since 2014 and there have only been 15 so far with around Rs 1.4 lakh crore worth of assets but the government is pushing its National Monetization Plan, which is likely to significantly expand the market.
