OPINION - ‘Boomerang’ effect as young people pour back into London

London: expensive, exhausting but good. That’s my takeaway from a new bit of City Hall analysis which finds that a ‘boomerang’ effect is well underway, as thousands of people who left London for the suburbs and shires have begun heading back to the capital.
