In another Maoist belt, miscreants snatch ballot papers from poll booth

Some miscreants allegedly snatched ballot papers from a polling booth in Khajuripada block during the third phase of the rural election in Maoist-hit Kandhamal district on Sunday. Police detained two persons in this connection.
