Sam Hunt’s pregnant wife Hannah ‘files for DIVORCE’ from singer & accuses him of ‘adultery’ & ‘cruel’ treatment
COUNTRY singer Sam Hunt and his pregnant wife, Hannah Hunt, have split after five years of marriage.
She filed for divorce from the star, claiming he’s “guilty of adultery” and “inappropriate marital conduct.”
According to TMZ, the legal documents revealed Hannah’s currently pregnant and due in May.
She alleged in the paperwork: “The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.”
Hannah reportedly wants primary custody of their child once he or she is born, as well as alimony and child support.
The docs state Sam’s ex wants “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in futuro.”
The pair separated last Friday, which is also when Hannah filed the divorce paperwork.
Sam, 37, and Hannah had been together since 2008, dating on and off again throughout the years until it was announced they’d gotten engaged in January 2017.

The divorce is just the latest legal situation Sam is dealing with recently.
In 2019, he was charged for allegedly driving drunk with “two empty beer cans” beside him.
The Drinkin’ Too Much singer was taken into custody after he was spotted driving the wrong way down a road in Nashville, Tennessee, according to WKRN.
Last August, the 37-year-old pleaded guilty in Tennessee’s Davidson County Circuit Court to the misdemeanor DUI charges.
Under the plea agreement, his jail sentence of 11 months and 29 days was suspended except for 48 hours, which he agreed to serve at the DUI Education Centers, an alternative sentencing facility, reported Fox News.
He must also complete an alcohol safety course and will lose his license for a year.
Additionally, Hunt’s license was suspended for one year.
