Wingers are inconsistent by nature. In fact Raph has been a bit of a freak in that respect.
Jack does have difficulty when he has time to think instead of relying on instinct. Prem league does require a faster decision making process.
Im glad he has recognised that and is trying to do something about it.
Having him as one of the three wide players we have in the match day squad still a good option especially for what we have paid.
Runs that whole line on his own at times and gets back and helps out in defence.
