Euphoria Season 2 Finale Trailer: Maddy Fights Cassie & Fez Is In Danger
The Euphoria season 2's finale trailer shows Maddy fighting Cassie and Fezco in danger. Since returning to HBO last month, the second season of the critically-acclaimed teen drama has primarily followed a few loose ends from the first. During the season premiere's New Year's Eve party, Rue (Zendaya) is reunited with Jules (Hunter Schafer). At the same time, Elliot (Dominic Fike) is also tossed into the picture and immediately comes between the couple. Season 2 also catches up with a colorful cast of supporting characters, including Lexi (Maude Apatow), Nate (Jacob Elordi), Cal (Eric Dane), and Kat (Barbie Ferreira).
As Euphoria is an unrelenting exploration of teen issues, one of the main focuses of season 2 has been Rue's struggle with sobriety. After relapsing during the season 1 finale, her drug addiction slowly spirals out of control throughout the second season. Recent episodes saw her hit rock bottom and lash out against those closest to her. While on the run and suffering from withdrawal, Rue seeks refugee with the surprisingly ruthless school-teacher-turned-drug supplier, Laurie (Martha Kelly), which forces her to return home and make an effort to stay clean. Lexi's play, which took center stage in episode 7, explored many of these difficult themes and relationships.
Now, the trailer for the Euphoria season 2 finale is here. The title of the episode is "All My Life, My Heart Has Yearned for a Thing I Cannot Name," and based on the promo, it appears the conflict between Maddy (Alexa Demie) and Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) will come to a head. Following the tense interaction between Fez, Faye, and Ashtray, it appears the fan-favorite drug dealer will be in some danger during the next episode. Check out the trailer below:

After much anticipation, both the characters in the show and audiences watching at home finally got to see the curtain rise on Lexi's semi-autobiographical play "Our Life." After quickly realizing it is actually about them, the play depicts many significant life events and relationships through Lexi's perspective, causing many characters to reflect on past decisions and behavior. Based on the trailer, it appears the fallout of Lexi's play will be the focus of the upcoming season finale. Though don't expect everything to be wrapped up neatly, as Euphoria will be back for season 3.
Another important love triangle throughout season 2 has been Nate, Maddy, and Cassie, who began secretly seeing her best friend's ex during the season premiere. Sweeney previously let slip during an interview that Demie broke her toe while filming a contentious scene, and now it's clear that violent showdown will ensue next week. As for Fez, it appears he and Ashtray's house will be raided by police yet again, though the full extent of the danger is unclear. This season of Euphoria has kept fans guessing at every turn, which should continue for the highly-anticipated finale.
