Police have turned to social media in an attempt to find a woman they say used her vehicle to hit and drag another woman in front of her children at a McDonald’s drive-thru earlier this month.

Pictures show the woman and the vehicle she drove during the Feb. 5 attack, police said. It happened at the McDonald’s in the 2300 block of MacDonald Avenue at about 12:15 p.m.

Richmond police said they are looking for this woman suspected in an attack of another woman and her children at a McDonald’s earlier this month.

According to police, the woman suspected in the assault accused the other woman of cutting in the drive-thru line. Police said the suspect rammed her car into the victim’s vehicle, then drove at her when she exited her car.

The suspect hit the woman and dragged her more than 150 feet across the parking lot, police said. When she stopped, the woman got out of her car and punched the victim more than once as she was on the ground, police said.

Investigators said they believe the attack was unprovoked. The suspect fled after the attack, and police have not found her.

Police asked anyone recognizing the woman in the pictures to contact Det. Orlando Guzman at 510-672-2493.
