Vista Global, Wheels Up Continue Private Jet M&A Frenzy

Vista Global Holding this morning said it had entered an agreement to acquire leading European private jet charter operator Air Hamburg. It continues the industry's M&A frenzy with the fourth announced deal so far this year.
