EastEnders spoilers: Kheerat takes drastic action after bloody showdown with serial killer Gray

IN perhaps one of the most awaited confrontations in Walford, Kheerat and Gray will fight for their lives this week.

But one character may be too strong for the other as Kheerat decides to take drastic action to end Gray’s reign of terror once and for all.

After almost two years of grieving for Chantelle Atkins, Kheerat Panesar (Jaz Deol) is nothing short of certain that her husband Gray (Toby-Alexander Smith) is responsible for her death.

Determined to get the lawyer to confess, the businessman has been playing tricks on him.

This leads to Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) that he’s getting in to deep with Gray.

As she encourages to stay away from him, Kheerat can’t help but respond to Gray’s desperate call and rushes to meet him, believing he can get a confession out of him.

However, things take a turn for the worse as both Kheerat and Gray struggle to keep their anger in check.

Accusations begin to fly and, soon, the two come to blows leaving one life hanging in the balance.

Kheerat struck Gray with a glass bottle and we find him standing over an unconscious Gray.

While this is happening, Whitney is at the cafe stressing and waiting for Kheerat to call her after the showdown.

Stacey can’t help but notice that Whitney is anxious and asks if it’s Kheerat she’s waiting for, but hides the fact she feels hurt when Whitney admits she’s waiting to hear from him.

Back at the house, a stunned Kheerat does not get the chance to act before Chelsea arrives home, floored at the scene she finds.

Chelsea is reeling as she takes in an unconscious Gray and she calls 999 while Kheerat tries to explain himself.

Kheerat flees but Vinny finds him and the former explains he’s on the run after what happened.

He wathces from a distance as the police descend on the home, but Stacey spots him and senses he’s in trouble and sends him inside her home.

But then Vinny runs to tell a shocked Suki that Kheerat thinks he killed Gray.

Stacey covers for Kheerat when the police turn up at her door.

While the police then go to search the Panesar’s place, Stacey and Kheerat plan an escape.

Before he goes, Kheerat wants to prove there is nothing happening with Whitney and he kisses Stacey before they escape, as she smuggles him into her car.
