Freezing rain at Wisconsin border, springlike temperatures downstate expected Tuesday in ‘push-pull’ between seasons

A near-stationary cold front is expected to lock in high temperatures in the 30s close to the Wisconsin border and spring-like highs in 50s along the Interstate 80 corridor, meteorologist Casey Sullivan said.
