Kim Kardashian says she’s suffering ’emotional distress’ from Kanye West’s tantrums & demands judge declare her ‘single’
KIM Kardashian is begging a judge to declare her legally single after being left “distressed” by Kanye West’s nasty attacks.
The KUWTK alum, 41, said there is “no way” to “repair” their marriage and thinks Kanye is deliberately trying to make it “difficult” for her to remarry.
“I very much desire to be divorced,” Kim said in a petition obtained by TMZ.
She added that she has asked Kanye, 44, to keep their divorce private, “but he has not done so,” and referred to his repeated attacks on her and boyfriend Pete Davidson.
The mother-of-four said: “Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress.”
In the past few weeks, the Donda rapper has accused Kim of kidnapping their daughter Chicago, slammed her parenting of their daughter North and claimed she thinks he’s put a hit out on her.
He has also threatened to “beat Pete Davidson’s a**” and accused the SNL comedian of trying to “destroy” his family.

Elsewhere in her filing, Kim slammed Kanye’s request for Kim to give up any marital privileges with any future spouses as it pertains to custody of their four kids.
The Skims founder called his demand “unprecedented,” adding: “Clearly Mr. West’s goal here is to prevent or make it difficult for Ms. Kardashian to remarry.”
The exes have four children together – North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, two.
