Bachelor: Why Fans Think Susie Evans Is Hannah Brown's Doppelgänger
Wedding videographer and jiu-jitsu master Susie Evans from Clayton Echard's season of The Bachelor has fans seeing double as she might be the long-lost twin of one of the most popular players in Bachelor Nation: Hannah Brown. Hannah first appeared on Colton Underwood's season of The Bachelor. Even though she didn't win Colton's heart, she won the hearts of the viewers and went on to become the next Bachelorette. Even though Hannah and Susie aren't related and have never met each other, it's hard not to see the resemblance when looking at the women's lives and their time on The Bachelor.
Both Hannah and Susie have the same long, wavy, honey-brown hair color and similar bone structures. Aside from their physical similarities, they both are former pageant queens. Hannah Brown was Miss Alabama 2018, and Susie was Miss Virginia 2020. The two beauties seeking love on TV also have a mutual friend in common (although to Hannah, it may be more like a foe.) Susie Evans met fellow Bachelor contestant Caelynn Miller-Keyes while competing in pageants. Aside from being a wedding videographer, Susie is also a fitness coach. Similar to Susie, Hannah became a full-time influencer and author, she was also in the fitness industry, teaching dance classes.
Fans have certainly clocked the similarities between the two pageant queens as well. Twitter is flooded with various memes comparing Hannah and Susie. Besides comparing her to Hannah, Susie has also been described as a love child of another Bachelor Nation fan-favorite, Demi Burnett, social media star Addison Rae, and actress Debby Ryan. Debby, a huge Bachelor fan, even got in the fun, and she tweeted, congratulating her lookalike "daughter" on making it to hometowns. Susie responded to this shoutout by replying, "This is the tweet. This is the one."
Susie, who is in the final three of Clayton's season, may still have a shot to win the ring, but fans are also seeing a Bachelorette edit for her, not unlike Hannah Brown. Susie's edit is mostly focused on her fun, bubbly nature, rather than focusing on her romantic connection with Clayton. We've seen her go "beast" mode during the Viking Challenge in Croatia. Hannah also famously refers to herself as a "beast." Both Susie and Hannah received the first one-on-one dates of their seasons, a mark of a player to watch out for. On Susie's second one-on-one date, she had the "Pretty Woman" date, which historically means the women who have been on those dates go on to be Bachelorettes, like Becca Kufrin.
Will Hannah and Susie's similarities stop at this season, or will Susie go on to become the next Bachelorette and maybe a future Dancing with the Stars mirrorball winner. Her past as a Disney Princess may help her on that front, but fans will have to wait and see.
