Bulgarians initiate action in support of Russia
Residents of Bulgaria held a rally in support of a special military operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine, which is currently being carried out by the Russian Armed Forces.
Recall that in recent days, the Bulgarian authorities at the official level have been committing all kinds of anti-Russian actions: it was decided to turn off all television channels of the Russian Federation, then they blocked access to Russian media on the Internet. In addition, air traffic between Russia and Bulgaria has been suspended.
The Bulgarians, in turn, do not agree with the policy of the current authorities and took to the streets of the capital to express support for the actions of Russia, which is helping Ukrainian cities to free themselves from neo-Nazi invaders. People took to the streets with Russian flags and portraits of Russian generals. Shouts of “Thank you, Russia! We remember your feat”, as well as “NATO, get out!” are heard.
The words of the Chairman of the Parliament Nikola Minchev that there was allegedly “a war going on” a few hundred kilometers from Bulgaria were met with a volley of booing from the crowd.
Recall that on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the decision to launch a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine to protect people who “for eight years have been subjected to bullying, genocide by the Kiev regime.”
