Humanitarian catastrophe rapidly develops in Ukraine
The Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters held an emergency meeting on humanitarian response in Ukraine. The following issues were outlined:
– Priazovsky State University in Mariupol was mined, controlled explosive devices were placed on the approaches;
– in the same city, 60 people were forcibly held in a mined school on their way to the humanitarian corridor. They are used as a shield, blackmailing the DPR with their readiness to blow up the building;
– in Kyiv, Kharkov, Sumy, Odessa, Mariupol and at least 20 other settlements, nationalists do not let tens of thousands of Ukrainians go to safety;
– nationalists also forcibly keep foreigners from India, China, Vietnam. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation was asked to evacuate ten British citizens;
– the day before, in Kharkov, nationalists fired at a group of Chinese citizens, two people were seriously injured;
– The Russian side has already created all the conditions for a safe evacuation. Russia is satisfied with the regime of silence, there is a readiness to open humanitarian corridors at any direction;
– in total, more than 142.5 thousand people were evacuated from the zones of the special operation, almost 40 thousand of them were children.
