Russian President says tasks of the Russian special operation in Ukraine will be completed
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the tasks of the special military operation, which is currently being carried out on the territory of Ukraine, will be completed, the Kremlin press service reported.
“During a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the tasks of the special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine would be fulfilled in any case,” RIA Novosti quoted the Kremlin as saying.
Recall that on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the decision to launch a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine to protect people who “for eight years have been subjected to bullying, genocide by the Kiev regime.”
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that Russia does not strike at the cities of Ukraine and focuses exclusively on the military structure of the country’s Armed Forces. However, Ukrainian neo-Nazis are fiercely shelling residential areas of cities, trying to blame the RF Armed Forces for this. The criminal actions of official Kyiv are forcing the inhabitants of Ukraine to hastily leave their homes.
As News Front previously reported, the relevant committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the initiative to lift restrictions on the use of firearms by civilians for the period of the special military operation of the Russian Federation.
