OAK HARBOR, Ohio — Energy Harbor’s Davis-Besse nuclear plant will remain “under increased oversight” for the time being until federal regulators are convinced the utility won’t repeat the problem it had with identifying proper speed switches for the plant’s emergency diesel generators, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission said Thursday.
