MPs criticise UK response to Afghanistan crisis - as fears expressed same could happen in Ukraine

The government acted neither "swiftly nor with clarity of purpose" in response to Afghanistan's humanitarian crisis, MPs have said - as fears were expressed that similar failures could be made in providing aid to Ukraine.
