Putin taunts Europe as Russian Aeroflot plane violates sanctions to land in Budapest

VLADIMIR PUTIN has taunted European sanctions by dispatching an Aeroflot flight from Moscow to Budapest in what appears to be a scheduled flight between Russia and Hungary.
