By his own admission, Patrice Morais is "not very good in the kitchen." He much prefers the meals cooked for him by the Old Brewery Mission — dishes like lasagna with three cheeses and fresh basil, or shepherd's pie with steamed broccoli and a hint of garlic — and delivered to his apartment in a meals-on-wheels program called Bien dans son assiette. And it means the world to him that the people preparing those meals "put their heart and soul" into their work.
