Mud-brick-straw BSF bunkers to be made more liveable, climate resilient

They will replace the current mud, brick and straw or corrugated iron bunkers, which have not been able to withstand the vagaries of weather at the extremely cold high altitudes in the Kashmir Valley and the hot summers of the Jammu region.
