The exclusive Supergirl season 6 deleted scene comes from episode 7, titled "Fear Knot," in which Alex and her friends have acquired enough of Kara's DNA to track her down in the Phantom Zone to rescue her. However, upon arriving at the area, a Phantom escapes their containment and causes everyone to suffer from hallucinations known as Fear Visions, namely Alex as she is determined to save her sister from the dangerous Kryptonian prison. The Supergirl season 6 deleted scene adds some extra emotion to Alex's heroic moment as she had to realize she might not get to see her sister ever again and say goodbye to her new love interest Kelly.

As mentioned before, these Fear Visions would ultimately prove nothing more than a hallucination and Alex and her friends would save her sister from the Phantom Zone and head back to Earth. The rest of Supergirl season 6 would see a number of twists and turns, including the series finale jaw dropper in which Kara elected to reveal her secret identity to the world and become the editor-in-chief for CatCo. Audiences can catch up with and revisit all of the emotional storytelling from the final season of the Arrowverse show as Supergirl season 6 is now available on digital platforms and hits shelves on Blu-ray and DVD on March 8.
