A 14-year-old podcaster gave a hilarious plea to Eagles GM Howie Roseman on who to draft

The Philadelphia Eagles’ decline from Super Bowl winners in 2018 to the bottom of the NFL’s worst conference in 2020 was swift. However, last season provided a glimmer of hope, as they rebounded from a 4-11-1 year to return to the playoffs this past season.

Now, fans want to see them build on that mild success and fortify a roster with plenty of holes remaining. Giovanni Hamilton, a 14-year-old Eagles fan and host of The Giovanni Show Podcast, perfectly captured that desperation during the NFL scouting combine on Friday.

Young Gio was a guest on NFL Network’s coverage of the combine, joining Rich Eisen and Daniel Jeremiah in the booth. When asked what he would tell Eagles general manager Howie Roseman if he was listening to the broadcast, Gio didn’t hesitate. 

“Wide receivers and linebackers. Please Howie, for the love of God. Get us some linebackers!”
