Zaporozhye NPP: latest data
Information on the state of affairs at the Zaporozhye NPP.
– At night, on the territory near the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, a Ukrainian sabotage group tried to organize a provocation. At about 2 a.m., a mobile patrol of the National Guard was fired upon from a training complex located outside the power plant. The firing points were suppressed, but, leaving the building, Ukrainian saboteurs set fire to the building.
– The purpose of the provocation was an attempt to accuse Russia of creating a hotbed of radioactive contamination, as evidenced by Zelensky’s subsequent negotiations with the United States and Britain.
– The staff of Zaporozhye NPP is working normally. The radioactive background in the area of the power plant is normal.
– 56 Ukrainian air defense systems S-300, BUK M1 and Osa, as well as 54 drones, were destroyed.
