Interest has grown in shipping LNG from Mexico’s Pacific Coast to capitalize of low Waha gas prices & a shorter route to Asia. Two companies now have projects in the works, with rising LNG prices making them more viable. They have also navigated Mexico’s current trend towards resource nationalism.
