The city of Toledo plans to hire several new staff members specializing in efforts against domestic violence, City Councilmen Theresa Morris, Michele Grim, and George Sarantou announced at a news conference Monday, action that comes in the aftermath of three domestic violence deaths in the community within the past three weeks.
