Max Kallschmidt has not stopped speaking out against his relationship with Welcome to Plathville's Moriah Plath, recently stating, "Love isn't enough" via a meme. The TLC star has been reaching out to fans on social media to get his side of the story out there. While Moriah has yet to confirm her side, Max has said more than enough in the wake of her silence.
For the most part, Max and Moriah seemed to be an unbreakable duo in Welcome to Plathville seasons 2 and 3. Even though Max rode a motorcycle, he was quite sweet and very attentive to Moriah, who at times came across as a wounded bird. There were hiccups in their relationship along the way, especially when it came to Moriah's skin showing fashion choices. Max was never a fan of his then-girlfriend's more revealing outfits. Fans saw an outburst during season 3, which showed the couple had some deep-seated issues making it clear that not all was okay in paradise.
In recent weeks, Max has developed a habit of taking his opinions to social media in the form of cryptic posts. On Monday, Max shared a series of memes in his now-deleted Instagram Story but one, in particular, stood out to followers. Max bluntly shared that "love was not enough" to keep a relationship going. The former TLC star revealed his advice to anyone thinking of dating or getting married should have a hard discussion and ask about debt, family, children, and religion before committing to one another. Followers couldn't help but feel that Max was throwing some shade at Moriah and hinting that the couple never had a firm foundation. Max also shared another Instagram Reel surrounding his thoughts on love, which you can see below.
The memes come on the back of Max's YouTube confession, where he tried to paint himself as the victim in their breakup. Welcome to Plathville fans were quick to call him out after he also stated he had gone out with a friend one night and broken his morals. Max's uncomfortable confessional also revealed that Moriah broke up with him on the spot. While he admitted he didn't have sex, fans uncovered that there might have been flirting and a few kisses with the mystery woman.
Without a doubt, Max will continue to update his followers. Max revealed he would not be appearing on Welcome to Plathville season 4 after making the decision to leave the series. Fans will never know whether he and Moriah decided together it was for the best, or he wasn't asked back. What it does mean is the Plath family should be gracing the small screen sometime soon.
