“From a distance, it appeared to be an angel or archangel with wings spread wide apart,” Ben told Jam Press.
“As I walked to it and got closer I saw that the post the ice had accumulated on, appeared to be a crucifix. I then thought, ‘wow this could be seen as a religious display at play on the lake’.
He added: “Either way, it was a blessing to see it.

“A different neighbor’s lamp post [was] used by Mother Nature to sculpt what appears to be an angel or something demonic with wings.”
He shared pictures of his latest visitor on Facebook, where viewers commented on the unique shape.
One person said: “An angel or our savior on the cross, regardless it’s truly biblical indeed.”
“It looks like Jesus and the crucifix,” another user commented.
Someone else added: “Very haunting.”
“A spooky visitor!” agreed another viewer.
Meanwhile, one person compared the figure to a “ghost,” while another could see Dwayne Johnson in his role in the 2010 Tooth Fairy movie.
Other viewers dubbed it “ice art” and “mesmerizing.”
Ben previously went viral after sharing other terrifying ice figures – which were compared to the “Grim Reaper.”
He guessed that water from the lake’s waves had fallen on his next-door neighbor’s lamp post and created the haunting shapes of two human-like figures.
He said: “My immediate reaction of the ‘dejected’ looking figure was of an eerie looking woman or a sea hag of sorts, leaving the property almost as if to be walking away from Jack Frost.”
Ben, who has nicknamed the figures Jack Frost and Grim Reaper, shared the baffling images on Facebook, where they were liked 1,900 times and garnered hundreds of comments.
