Zelensky praises oil sanctions on Russia as Truss travels to Washington

Foreign Secretary Liz Truss will meet officials in Washington to discuss further support for Ukraine after the UK and the US were thanked by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky for their moves to sanction Russian oil.
