Shoppers go mad for 10p blanket reduced from £30 in B&M – but people say there’s a reason why it’s so cheap
THE BRITISH favourite B&M has long been known for it’s low prices, making it the perfect home for bargain hunters.
One such person had particularly good luck when visiting one of the stores recently – but it wasn’t the cheap cost that got everyone talking.
Paula Sparkles Pryśko, from Banbury, Oxfordshire, uploaded the snap of her steal on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, where members were left in stitches.
Whilst strolling around a B&M store, Paula stumbled upon the Last Chance clearance section where countless of items go on sale.
There the shopper found an amazing bargain – a pink blanket that had been reduced from £29.99 to just 10p.
”I’ll never get over this bargain,” she wrote in the post which has been liked 1,700 times.
However, it wasn’t so much the discount that fellow users were going crazy about – some had to look twice at the photo to make sure it wasn’t a piece of ham that they were seeing.
”Brilliant. I saw ham too until I zoomed in,” wrote one member of the popular group.
Someone else joked: ”Just need a lovely tiger loaf to go with that now…” whilst a third inserted a ”I LOVE HAM” gif.
”I was wondering why you’d get a Ham for 10p [sic],” a person was confused at first.

”I should have recognised it lol I have that on my bed.
”I paid full price though. I so thought it was meat among blankets,” confessed another member.
Someone else was upset: ”why dont we see 10p bargains when we go [sic].”
But not everyone fell for the optical illusion, as a user wrote: ”’w** this is not ham mate everyone needs to go Specsavers.”
