Sister Wives: Inconsiderate Moments From The Wives In The Franchise
The Sister Wives franchise has shown a special part of the world of polygamy, and the women have been caught acting very inconsiderate to one another over the years. Between Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn, not all of Kody's wives have always gotten along. In hindsight, there were a few instances when each wife was just plain rude to the other.
As of late, the Brown family isn't fooling anyone that they are living within perfect marriages. The ideas of grandeur existing in polygamy don't seem to be adding up to fans who feel that Kody Brown, in particular, has lost his touch. The most recent season had TLC cameras catching the breakdown of one marriage in particular. In November, Christine decided to leave her marriage of 25 years and start over alone. As the family continues to break apart, fans are reminded of moments when the wives were rude to each other, often causing massive issues within their large family.
The illusion has finally been shattered that all the women get along. For many years, fans of Sister Wives have noticed that each of the four wives has made the other's life a bit more difficult one time or another... and many times for no reason. Out of the four wives, Robyn has gotten the most backlash from fans who feel like she has a history of being mean to Kody's three other wives, but none of the women have been angels over the years.
On Sister Wives season 13, viewers were quick to notice Janelle's shady move toward Meri. During an interview explaining how Janelle and Kody fell in love, fans spotted a photo of Kody and his four wives. But what stood out was the fact that Janelle had taken another photo and placed it over Meri's face. This move wasn't exactly surprising since Janelle and Meri did not get along for a long time.
During the most recent season, Meri was trying her best to comfort an upset Christine while on a trip to Coyote Pass. Christine had just had a falling out with Kody over one of the parcels of land and was seen crying. At the time, TLC cameras also noted that Christine worried that she couldn't stay married to Kody anymore. Meri foolishly told her sister wife that she doesn't get to "quit" polygamy, leaving fans mortified for her.
In return, Christine bluntly told Meri at one point that no one wanted to hang out with her because she held onto too much baggage. Longtime Sister Wives viewers had watched Meri go through a bumpy ride with Kody that included a catfishing scandal. Kody made it very difficult for his first wife to get back in his good graces, which left Meri with no other option than to be bitter. In one of the all-time most savage moves, Christine basically told her Sister Wives star to snap out of it.
