THE Chase viewers were left in disbelief after a “gorgeous” contestant revealed her job – and Bradley Walsh was equally as surprised.
Claire appeared on the beloved ITV quiz show alongside her fellow teammates Mark, Jackie and Robin in the hope of winning thousands of pounds.
As she chatted to host Bradley, the blonde bombshell disclosed her role as a full-time teacher, with the host and viewers at home in disbelief.
Taking to Twitter, one fan said that the 37-year-old was “too fit” to be a teacher, while others thought she looked much younger than she was.
Alongside an emoji of a heart, one person penned: “Claire has the upper hand because she’s a teacher – and a gorgeous one at that.”
Echoing their comments, someone else gushed: “Imagine if Claire was your teacher at school. Would you get any work done? Probably not.”
While a third added: “Claire is what I wish my future partner looks like at 37. She’s stunning.”
And it wasn’t only Claire’s good looks that received praise, as she was the first to go head-to-head against Jenny Ryan.
She managed to make it safely back to her team with £6,000 to add to the team’s jackpot, much to fans’ joy.
One viewer picked up on her intelligence, writing: “Claire has brains and beauty – what an absolute catch.”

Sadly, despite her impressive performance and a run of correct answers, it wasn’t meant to be for Claire and her team.
The hopeful trio came close to bagging the £18,000 prize, but The Vixen managed to reach their score of 17 with almost a minute left on the clock, meaning they lost out on the ultimate prize.
