TIPPING Point viewers were baffled by one contestant’s “odd” habit on Monday’s episode.
Host Ben Shephard welcomed four more hopefuls to the ITV show – but during the first round fans were quick to point out that John repeatedly referred to the coin machine as “baby” and “babes”.
Tipping Point viewers were baffled by John constantly referring to the machine as ‘baby’[/caption] ITV viewers begged for him to ‘stop’[/caption]He was joined by fellow players Rosie, Salvi and Kirsty, but had a disastrous first round after he failed to knock any counters down at all, while Rosie took the lead with £700.
John then made a comeback with £800 putting him in the lead, but while he waited for the counters to drop, he kept saying: “Come on, baby.”
During the first round, John encouraged the counters to fall, by saying: “Come on, babes, come on, babes.”
He then had a second go and repeated: “Come on, baby, come on, baby. Keep pushing, keep pushing.”

The bizarre term for the counter-toppling machine did not go unnoticed by fans, with one writing: “John stop it with the come on baby.”
Steven asked: “Is it a prerequisite to talk to the counters, saying things such as ‘come on, baby!'”
Another added: “PLEASE can somebody stop John from calling the tipping point baby.”
Salvi was booted out of the show after only winning £250 and Rosie managed to get ahead of John in the second round after knocking nine counters down.

But Kirsty was left behind and was the second contestant to be sent home.
After an intense round, Rosie managed to scrape her way to the final, beating John.
It was touch and go as Rosie tried to get the £10,000 jackpot counter over the edge.
Fortunately, she used her last counter to knock it down – meaning she won the total prize cash.
