Kohr Explores: Flags fly out door amid Russia-Ukraine crisis

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- When Russia invaded Ukraine the owner of Elmer's Flag & Banner says Ukrainian flags started flying out the door.

When the flags sold out they started making them in-house.

Kohr Harlan checked out the store in Northeast Portland to walk us through the flag-making process.
