Lord banned from talking after nodding off during debate 'You were fast asleep!'

A LABOUR peer was banned from speaking in a House of Lords for falling asleep. Adding credence to the saying ‘you snooze, you lose', Lord Young was told to sit down when he tried to intervene in a discussion on genetic modification.
