France utterly condemns the attack carried out with ballistic missiles in Erbil last night. The attack, for which Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has claimed responsibility, threatens the stability of Iraq and the region. France reaffirms its commitment to Iraq's sovereignty, as well as its stability and that of the autonomous region of Kurdistan within it. Such actions jeopardize efforts to bring about a return to the JCPOA – efforts to which, incidentally, Iran is contributing. (…)
