[Men's Lacrosse] Northway claims Player of the Week honors
Hunter Northway was named the KCAC Defensive Player of the Week the conference announced on Monday. Brady Guck of Benedictine was named the Offensive Player of the Week. The student-athletes were selected for their performances from March 7th through the 13th.
Northway absolutely dominated in the faceoff circle against No. 10 Columbia. He won 21 of 24 faceoffs and didn't allow Columbia a faceoff win in the first half. Northway collected 16 ground balls in the win over Columbia. Earlier in the week, Northway went 12-19 in faceoffs against William Penn. He currently ranks 7th in the NAIA in faceoffs and 4th in ground balls.
