PIONEER, Ohio — AquaBounty President and Chief Executive Officer Sylvia Wulf said Tuesday her Massachusetts-based company is “very pleased” to obtain the water withdrawal and consumptive use permit it needed from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to take the next step in building one of America’s largest indoor salmon-rearing facilities on the outskirts of this Williams County village.
